DESCRIPTION:
This dataset contains data on natural increase of population in Latvia in 1920-2020 according to the Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics codes of Latvia, status 2020 (NUTS:LV). In the interwar period, the natural increase was positive (there were more births than births). Since 1991, the natural increase has been negative (there are more deaths than births).
