This dataset contains data on number of seniors in Estonia in 1920-2020 according to the Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics codes of Estonia, status 2020 (NUTS:EST). The number of seniors in Estonia has grown 3.3 times over the past 100 years. The increase in the number of seniors has been caused by both the increase in life expectancy and the aging of society.
